Local pick up timely and courteous. My husband Steve uses this in our hot tub and I dilute it to 3% for cleaning. First time seemed a little weird, met in front of the UPS mail zone however after meeting Steve he had lots of information and we talked for almost an hour. We have bought from them four times now.

In the beginning of July, I ordered some spa grade Hydrogen peroxide. Two hours after I ordered it, I canceled the order by trying to call and then sending an email. It arrived a week later so I sent it back. I tried for a month and a half to get a hold of the seller and he never got in touch with me. I filed a claim with PayPal, and he never go a hold of them, finally I canceled it on my Chase Credit card. Though the web site says they are honest they proved otherwise. Hopefully Chase will get their money back
