Staff is very friendly & helpful. My dog, Lucy, is always so happy to visit. Although Lucy thinks a bath is a fate worse than death, they have really great staff for grooming. Lucy always looks wonderful! A couple of cons - they are often out of certain popular items, like their brand of dog treats, which is a hassle. I have 2 senior kitties and it's really hard to find senior items for them (like caloric additions - my kitty, Leonard, has a terminal disease). They need more choices for litter like Okacat. Otherwise, it's a good corporate store to shop. \u200d

I think you should inform your employee that when a customer ask them if they work there saying (yes I do how can I help you ) not say (that’s why I have this tee- shirt on). Number one I was not looking at the womens tee shirt I was looking for a product. It was very rude and curt and made us feel uncomfortable.I have always liked the people there but this women was awful.
Meh, it's Petco. We were greeted as we entered. Asked if we needed help with anything. We were allowed to test fit (limited selection of) dog harnesses before purchase. Much better selection of foodstuffs. Prices are reasonable.
I always get terrific help from the people. They are knowledge and ready to help answer any question I have. They know my pets' names and my dog, Abby, loves going to the store, too.
The store associate was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the Hamster and Guinea Pig that we purchased and helped us gather everything we needed and overall made the experience that much better.
