The owner of the company Kelly Jo - called me within five minutes of me reaching out to her. She returned my call and she was on vacation in another country…!! Who does that!? Amazing responsiveness!! They understand what it’s like to be without air conditioning in the summer and the importance of heat in the winter… Look no further than this company for all your A/C and Heat needs!!

Friday 06/01/2018 I was supposed to receive a call this am to give me a window for when their service people would come to check my A/C this afternoon. I have been calling all day and no one answers the phone. I left multiple messages. Finally got Kelly to return my call about 2:30 after marking it urgent. She told me they were really busy but she would check with a tech Orion and call me back with a time window for when they will be there. I wait till just before 5 with no return call. I call both th office number which no one has answered all day plus the number Kelly called me from. Both mail boxes are full and can’t even leave a message. This is really unprofessional. If you can’t make it to my house at least have the courtesy to let me know. I wasted my whole day waiting on these yahoos!!!!!!!!!!!!
Roger was quick to come out on a July Saturday morning about 1 hour after we called. He diagnosed the issue and repaired it immediately on the spot. Given it was a weekend emergency visit, I was expecting the worst, but his price was extremely fair. He also quickly fixed an AC water leak in our casita, and again, was more than fair with his cost. I found Roger to be knowledgeable, personable, and very honest. I'm new to the area and will be using Lake Travis A/C for all of my future A/C needs.
