If I could give this place a zero and no star- I would. Well, hope the place has changed over the years...
Well, my daughter was a toddler, when she went there, and she kept on saying \ I don't like Ms Roseanne\, she is mean. Keeping in mind, my daughter was very articulate at a very young age, and was able to talk a lot at the age of two. So one day I went there, and there was Ms. Roseanne, squeezing the wrist of a little toddler, he was less than three years old. I was so shocked, I took my daughter out of the daycare that week. She is now 19 and a mother of her own, and she told me, how she remembered, that there was another lady, who worked there, who slammed my daughter on a chair. So that is how people were getting paid, abusing children. Can you imagine as a parent, what kind of impact these women/employees have on a human being at an early age and then as they grow up, they remember all of this type of behavior, that is really psychologically affecting adult children! Putting children at risk with such type of behavior is unacceptable ! Unfortunately, at that time, I was a young mother, inexperienced and I was new to the United States and still learning the country and the language- but if it was now, nothing like this would have stopped me to scrutinize these people and they would have a day in court for doing that to my daughter. A child's mind is not comparable to an adult and adult behavior as it happened here had a huge lack of self-control towards small children. I used to pay half of my week's pay to pay for the daycare there, plus by the food for my daughter- I ended up finding someone loving and caring, who did not speak English - but knew how to make my daughter feel happy, safe and comfortable.
She did learn Spanish then and then my native language language, which is not Spanish on top of it, plus English.
If the people have a hard heart at a daycare, they might as well leave that place and find a job as a prisoner guard.
