My husband and I were looking for somewhere different to go to for supper. We had decided on Mexican food. I looked up local restaurants that serve authentic Mexican food and found Chulas. They are a locally owned restaurant, and from the pictures online looked worth trying. It was not exactly what we had in mind, but we still had a good experience. It is a small, quiet place. They had good customer service, and good food. They offer more Mexican desserts and snacks than they do meals, but those meals they offered were really good. They appeared to offer more than their menu showed. So if they had a menu with all of their options, then one would know all that they serve. I would recommend anyone to go try them out, because it was an overall good experience with good food.

the nachos locos(I asked for refried bean and they were not added, they charged me for them but dodnt add them), the fries locas, and the birria tacos were super salty, not good at all. I am only giving 3 stars because the fruta loca was so amazingly delicious, sweet, sour and a pinch of salt amazing. Other than that, the food no good.
I was so extremely dissatisfied and disappointed with our visit to Chulas. The menu pictures ( as menu pics vs real is never same ) looked amazing. The kids and I said why not. · Drove out of our way there · Place is clean and smelled fine · Young girl taking order was not very welcoming or helpful at all The food itself was nothing like any Home style food we are used to eating. I will NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE

Great food! Family owned and I’m so excited that they have expanded and now have two locations so far! Great customer service every time. I love their ice cream, Mangonadas and their tacos . Totally recommend.
