Best bike rentals around. I was in town for a short amount of time and decided to rent a bike. Pricing is amazing. Can’t beat it amazing service and amazing employees
Great family owned store with good choice of parts and very friendly service. I had looked all over the area for a new complete rear wheel with v-brakes for 7 speed cassette, and they had in in the store. Best of all: they were kind enough to transfer the cassette and re-install the tire as well as fix the inner tube of the front wheel. In and out in 30 mins and at a good price. Now, that is service the \old fashioned\ way!
Family Bicycle is first class... both in service, price, and courtesy. It is a rare thing today to go into a place of business and have someone treat you with true courtesy and respect. At Family Bicycle you get that every time you go in, and they are quick to get the service/repair done and it's always a quality job. I highly recommend them and can truthfully say that I am thankful to have found them as I don't want to take my bicycles to anyone else.
