Can I leave zero stars? I had a balance of 80 that I didn’t realize got carried over to the next billing cycle. They shut my power off which is fine but I call up and pay it back immediately at 10 AM. It’s 4:30 PM still no one has been out to put my power back on and no one can give me an eta. All day without power bc of one mistake ( no history of being late) which I corrected immediately. Food in the fridge and a full work day from home missed. Screw you people.

HORRIBLE at his is the 3rd year in a row I have moved into the neighborhood I have been in my apartment for three days without any water or electric with my child. Because I just payed three months of rent of course I cant afford to pay for a hotel for me my kid and my animals . THE worst provider ever . Very inhumane I was hoping things had changed but they have not I'm very disappointed and shocked
Worst Electrical provider EVER. Buy a generator if you move in the neighborhood. Not only the most expensive electricity, also the least reliable and the worst customer friendly people working there. Time to fire everybody and let FPL do the job. Too bad we can't give zero star.
I can't even mark a star for this provider. But if I don't give them a one star I will not be able to post this review. I don't complain about bad service or the price of my bill. My biggest pain is that I recently lost a love one and I called to ask for an extension to pay my bill on a later date so I can help with funeral cost (mind you the next bill already went out and is due on Feb16th). All I was asking for was for an extension until Feb 5th to pay the bill and I was told all they can do is January 29th. This is for my last bill, is not like I owe them 3 months of payments. What diference does it make if is 6 days later. I am already being charged a late fee.I am always on top of my bill, pay on time even when I have gotten a 555 bill I didn't even question it and paid it. That's half my paycheck. I asked if I didn't pay the bill will it really get disconnected and she flat out said YES. I don't ask for sympathy because a lot of people have already lost that. But an act of human kindness for someone else pain and hard times.
Negative stars should be an option! Horrible service and a huge reason to never live in lake worth. 600 deposit to get the electric turned on which they don’t return to you for two years. Very high monthly bills. Can’t ever get anyone on the phone. I scheduled to end my service and they said if anything happens and you need to extend the end date let us know it’s not a problem. Clearly it was a problem because I called to extend the shut off date and they turned my power off on the original date. Four hours later the power turned back on. No apology nothing.
