I visited the Palm Beach Dharma Center for services one Sunday morning. Though I practice Zen Buddhism and the center focuses on Tibetan Buddhism, I was welcomed by the Sangha with open arms. I was given a tour and invited to sit in meditation with them. It was an enjoyable experience. There is also a gift shop at the center, where you can purchase books amd other items to aid in your practice.

This is a wonderful place to come and rest in the tranquility of the ancient tradition of Tibetan Buddhism. There is meditation and study. The Lama who comes is so kind and wise, and the people there are helpful, welcoming and yet let you participate in the way you are comfortable. I encourage you to give it a try.
