I'd give it 3 and a half stars if I could but I was being generous. I always got good customer service but their food is never good. It's either still cold or they dont have it. Just giving my truth. Not everyone's experience might have been the same but try for yourself you might get luckier than me.

Wanted a nice grill chicken dinner with rice and beans , and plantains...so I pulled into this restaurant on jog and lantana road.ordered the family meal . When I got home we took the food out of the bag and realized the chicken was so over cooked, it looked horrible,but what you gonna do... we were hungry so we sat down to eat it anyway... it was like eating dried out leather, no taste , no flavor, it should never have been served, who ever put this burnt up , tough as leather, garbage they served me should be fired ... not retrained as any one with any type of professionalism , would have thrown this away and not served it to a customer... I bet a million dollars that employee would have never served it to his mom or family member....the manager was a young Spanish man who was very nice but he should have an eye on what they are serving to go... and yes I took pics.... it was that disgusting.....about 2 pm or so, Lantana and jog road ...total disgrace ,
I could walk in, order and pick up food, dining room closed. Can't tell any of this from outside. Called the number I got from Google, was put on hold for over 10 minutes. I was told inside that is not the correct #. Total confusion, marketing what?? I'll go to a different Pollo next time. Oh, yes! The Cuban sandwiches were delicious and all ingredients authentic EXCEPT the bread. That is not Cuban bread.
Always good. Great for a \fast food\. Unique tastes, good grilled chicken. Love the bowls. Masks in use. Only ff drive-thru for me since Covid.
Food is usually good, ordered chicken quesadilla today and it was tiny. Love the balsamic tomatoes.
