I would never hire a company that litters people's property. I don't appreciate having to pick up bags with rocks and your flyer.

Thinks advertising is done via throwing bags filled with rocks unto driveways. Very dangerous to snowblowers and littering.

Came home to find their marketing material in my yard (plastic baggie with flyer & rocks) along with boot prints through my yard and mud wiped onto my sidewalk. It's one way to ensure I'd never do business with this outfit.

I wouldn't even give them 1 star. They promised lifetime warranty on water softener parts and labor but when you try to call them no one ever picks up the phone. I left them a message and they eventually called me back and they wanted to charge me 79 just to come take a look. I was initially told that there would be a 40 charge if they come in and there is nothing wrong with the unit and if they find an issue there will be no charge and now I am being told that there is a 79 fee for just coming in. I told them that is not what we were told and the tech refused to come over. Their lifetime warranty is worth nothing. Very annoyed with them.
