This is the second winter that I have used Metro Self Storage to store my summer vehicle. The staff was nice to work with, and the staff made the entire process very easy to get the unit rented.

The unit and grounds were very clean! It is a safe location that is also quiet, as you take a short road off of Rand/Hwy 12 to get to it. Tim was very kind and helpful and made the process quick and easy! I highly recommend this storage facility.
I would highly recommend Metro Self Storage in Lake Zurich, IL. The place is very nice and clean. The unit we rented was the perfect size and is temperature controlled. They have a lot of drive up units for easy unload and loading. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable.
Tim was extremely helpful. I spoke to him a couple times and his demeanor was very respectful. He did a very good job answering my questions and helping rent my unit. A big “Thank you” to Tim.
