George was very helpful throughout the whole process. He answered all my questions in great detail and returned all phone calls within a reasonable time frame. It did take a long time for delivery but that is to be expected with all the manufacturing delays last year. We ordered in summer and got it right before Christmas. Delivery day went smoothly, no problems with the hot tub. George called to follow up and see if everything was ok. We are loving our new hot tub!

I had a great experience with George and Midwest Spa. He was responsive to my calls and texts, called me to explain if something was necessary, and provided timely updates to anything I needed. He wasn't pushy at all and answered all of the questions I had. Hot tub installation day was a breeze and was made simple and stress-free on my part. Thanks so much for a great experience - we love our hot tub!

I would not even have given a one star, George the owner tells a great story, he calls the Great escape the great mistake, Midwest Is the great mistake. He never returns call, texts, emails. Gave us 3 different delivery dates. The deliver date day was on 9/3/2020. Never showed up, never called, never the texted. After 20 phone calls, many emails to him we finally got a hold of him. Again many many excuses then promised to come today 9/4/2020 - we have waited 3 months for this tub he sends a messenger with our down payment and cancelled the order. Do not trust this company all show no product Run from them

Great experience from start to finish! Fun to watch the professional and precision installation craning the swim spa over the house. George and Kimmy set up the spa and did not leave until it was full and ready to swim. We love the spa and great service to boot! Thank you Midwest Spa!
