White Rabbit Home Improvement installed a new poly-urea floor in our garage a few weeks ago and we couldn’t be happier with the results. The before and after photos say it all. Our entire experience with the company was great from beginning to end. The office manager Teresa handled all of our scheduling and rescheduling promptly and courteously. Our estimator Fred was a pleasure to work with. We had three companies quote on the job and he was by far the most informative about the process and was even helpful in determining the final color and flake size. He was the only one who recommended going up the walls one grout line and we are glad we took his suggestion. We decided to go with White Rabbit even though we had to wait longer for installation. On the first scheduled date, we had to cancel because of the weather. Teresa called back within an hour and gave us a “rain date” that was within two weeks. The installation went smoothly. Based on our experiences and outcome, I can recommend White Rabbit Home Improvement without hesitation.

Totally pleased with my experience with White Rabbit! They designed, provided and installed new cabinets in my garage. Sales Rep was very knowledgeable and professional. He focused on designing a cabinet system to fit my needs. The office staff was very helpful and kept me posted on the status of my cabinets. The installation team was professional and timely and did a great job. The quality of the cabinets is excellent; they are nice looking and very strong. I had one problem with a faulty drawer slide. One call and they quickly replaced the slide; all good now! Highly recommend White Rabbit.
We recently had White Rabbit install an epoxy coating on our garage floor and we could not be happier! The floor turned out so beautiful I don’t want to park cars on it! Ha ha! The salesman Fred, and the office staff provided excellent communication and service, but the biggest thanks goes to the installers John and Ivan who braved the chilly December air (yes they can even do this work in winter!) and really did an amazing job! Professional from start to finish! Would highly recommend!
Very professional and down-to-earth team. We hired White Rabbit to install a polyurea floor in our garage to cover our old scratched-up epoxy. They walked through each step with us thoroughly, suggested a floor that worked within our needs, and the installation went smoothly. They also made sure to educate us on post-installation care. Floor looks beautiful!
My floor was just completed and it looks great. Grinding the old concrete, filling all imperfections and cracks, through the entire process with Poly Urea topcoat. Thanks to Fred (Sales Representative), the technicians Anthony and John (both a pleasure to work with) and all White Rabbits Team / Management. I am looking forward to years of easy cleanup and use.
