We were very impressed and would highly recommend Lakefront for carpet replacements. We had our second floor and one stairway carpet completely replaced by Lakefront Flooring in December 2020. The guys worked really hard and quick. As a note, we removed almost all the furniture to reduce any dings in the walls and to expedite its completion. That said, the guys finished it in 1 1/2 days. In terms of the carpet selection... they listened to our wishes closely and gave us strong guidance. The carpet we have installed really looks nice, and it’s really comfortable. Finally, they offered to and successfully cut the bottom of our doors so that they wouldn’t rub on the carpet. One door had some paint issues, but you’re going to have that. They kept this extra work within time and original quote. The one beef we had was an employee that talked really loud... only mattered during the pandemic as we had an adult working at home and three kids going to school remotely. All in all... super fast, great quality work, strong guidance, and good communication. I’d highly recommend.

Nick was very nice on the phone and in the store. The gentleman (Mike?) that came to the house to measure - was very knowledgeable and professional.
The group of guys they sent to my house were very serious about their job! I was in amazement on how fast they had my job ripped out and completed. They were all very respectful from start to finish and couldn't stress enough to make sure that I was happy with the job before they left an i was!. I will Always recommend lakefront flooring for great product an service.
