You can shutting down in front of the gate if you early for two trucks. Gates open at 5:00 am. I was checked in at 5:20 am after pulling in. Starting to unloading at 6:00 am very fast and efficient people working here. Very clean restroom inside for everyone to use. I'm here today again 11/30/2018. This place deserve 6 Stars. Very fast and way before my appointment time. Warehouse person checking you in are very nice and friendly. Thank you. Brandon

Unbelievable!!!! Nicest people I have worked with. Lady from office called me back to reschedule my appointment for earlier time. We had urgency. Sorry i forgot her name, I think it was Vicky. I couldn't belive that. Very nice attitude. Usually we are being yelled at other places, especially Americold storage. Please keep up like that. My appointment was at 10 am but we were out 7:30 am. All what truckers are needing is nice and polite people like here. I wish everyone be the same through all United States. The world would be different. Sorry for taking to long. About 12 years ago i was on the way to unload at one company and I got a call that my dad fell from roof, broke his 2 hands, and had a head injury that needed surgery. I was bagging crying to please take me earlier and unload earlier since this happened and I needed to be in hospital asap, also I needed 2.5 days to get there. No matter how I asked it took over 6 hours to unload, Plus waiting time for my appointment. It was all pallatized dry load. Huge facility around over 100 doors and we were only the truck who was unloading. They also had few trailers backed in.. we couldn't believe that. So thank you so much for your understanding and kindness.
I’ve been to almost US states delivering but I’ve never been to a location as warmly friendly as Burris at Lakeland. Thank you very much for keeping the hard work and the commitment! To Staff at the receiving and also to staff at the warehouse I say BIG thank you.
Staff was very professional and courteous. I was assigned a door right away. The loading of my trailer was quick. Easy access off the Polk Parkway and US hwy 92 and Interstate 4.
Highly professional, efficient place. I was here on multiple occasions, for delivery an pick up, and really like this place.No overnight parking, Just come on the time, you’ll be out in a very short time
