Love the Family Fun Center! It is just what it’s name says, “Family Fun!” This place was our saving Grace for celebrating both of our son’s birthdays (in March and November) during the pandemic. Everything was very clean and sanitized. I appreciate the masks were merely recommended, but not required to enjoy their facility. The prices are reasonable and games are actually manageable to win a good amount of tickets on (unlike some other places, such as Chuck E Cheese where you’re lucky to walk away with a tootsie roll as a prize). We won lots of tickets here and were able to pick out some wonderful prizes! Also the food prices are very affordable and the pizza is amazing. Mini golf is fun, and my younger boys enjoyed the indoor play area. Will definitely be back plenty more times in the future.

Very fun with nice employees. Downside is that masks are not required. We went as soon as they opened to not deal with maskless crowds but the two other parties there weren’t wearing masks. Tickets were easier to get than at Chuck E. Cheese and the prizes were loads better. Definitely wish masks were required though.
Rude and unprofessional!! No other way to describe this place. Waited in line over 15 minutes and did not get acknowledged at all.. not a hello or I'll be right with you. Nothing! I finally asked if I was going to get serviced and Gabriela yelled at me and said it wasn't her problem. We actually ended up leaving. No establishment that treats me this way deserves my business!
The inside was clean, including the restrooms. All staff wore masks and were friendly. The mini golf course was well-maintained. I did not give it five stars because like many places around, despite posting signs that patrons should wear masks, the business did not enforce it. At least half of customers did not wear masks inside and outside. Those who did not wear outside were not social distancing.
Starts out as a typical play games to get prize points joint. But all of the machines work. And points are given in fairly generous amounts. Prizes range in interest level from toddler to adult. If you have young children, there is a 2 story fun Maze with slides, rope walls, pirate ships with foam ball air cannons, and more. They also have food. Pizza as good as some pizza joints, fountain sodas and juice for kids. Overall a great experience, except for one thing. They do not enforce mask mandate. At one point my wife, adult son, and myself were the only adult customers wearing masks with at least a dozen other adult coustomers walking around bare faced. If I go back and see a mask rule being enforced, I will come back here and change my star rating from 3 to 5.
