Let’s see, so far in my first time at this terminal, I’ve been woke up out of my sleep because, I was apparently blocking an inspection lane you cannot see if you pull in at 2am because it’s dark on here. As I stated to them, clearly mark it or block it off when you leave so that tired drivers who pull in here just to rest don’t get woke up and their 10 hr break interrupted. Some guy is walking around writing truck and trailer numbers. A yard check I guess but I haven’t seen this at any other terminal. This terminal is just weird compared to others. I don’t feel comfortable here. Nobody even has been in the inspection lane as of yet so what did you wake me up for??? Now I have to deliver tired smh. Not to mention the shop dude that did it was rude! I’m not even going to come in this terminal anymore. Not a good impression for someone new to Knight compared to the other terminals out west especially. Lighting, Parking, fix it in here.

Knight is fine, but the experience changes drastically between their terminal or \Service Centers\. I would avoid this terminal unless you need a safe place to park your truck.

Started with Knight 10 months ago. I'm prior military and retired law enforcement. I've been very impressed with Knight. They've kept every promise made. I've been payed detention and layover pay every time I requested it. I'm home when I request to be home. I'm paid well and always on time. The equipment is very well maintained. The support I get from the terminal staff and my driver manager has been nothing short of excellent. I highly recommend Knight to anyone who is responsible, self motivated and has a \get it done\ attitude.
