Absolutely love my new trailer! The transaction was easy and there was no pressure or any problems, I worked with Scott Tracy who was extremely friendly and easy to work with. I would recommend anyone who needs a new trailer to go see Scott! Thank you Right Trailers and Scott!!!
Not real happy about the salesmanship policies here. The first thing they send you to the door to get a salesperson. A woman came out with a clipboard. Wanted my name, email, and phone number. Then the salesman came out a few minutes later. WTH told me how much commercial taxes would be if I went over a weight class. Then told me how much they were going up in price the next shipment I think 10 - 15% really and he's was done with his sales pitch and he was gone. But I've gotten phonecalls and emails unsolicited spam. Never said they could call me will never go back.
This is the best experience I've had purchasing a trailer. Michael is very thorough and made the buying process super easy. There was a hiccup at the factory but Michael went above and beyond to make sure the hiccup was resolved. I will buy all of my future trailers from this company and recommend everyone I know to do the same. I am beyond impressed. Awesome company highly recommended!!!
A year later and I still tell people. Without a Right trailer you've got the wrong trailer.
