This was our second time visiting--first time I noticed it wasn't the cleanest of places, but I thought we'd give it a second shot. Hardly any of the guest were wearing mask, employees included weren't even wearing mask over their noses. The place seems very dirty...like they haven't even cleaned it since COVID started. We left after 30 minutes today. Its unfortunate because it's so close to our house and something different to do with my son, but I don't feel safe going back.

My family visited urban air for the first time today. It is the best park in Jacksonville thus far. Definitely the best variety of things for kids to do in addition to the trampoline park jumping. They have plenty of event space for parties. Check in was a breeze. You can do the self service option or walk up to the counter. Pricing is also competitive compared to other nearby indoor parks.
We used to go to another establishment for fun. But my kids love it here! Will continue going until my kids get tired of it.
Customer service was good. I was not pleased with paying for the deluxe package and then finding out that the wipe out activity was not operating and finding out after I had paid. Quick warning the ball pit and the cube pit is SUPER SHALLOW! I am 5’0 and I fell into the cube pit and sprained my ankle terribly. The warrior course with the ball pit is fairly shallow too and I say dangerous for any bigger kids. Also the bathrooms were nasty and neither the women’s bathroom nor the men’s bathroom had paper towels or at least a hand dryer.
Place is BUSY on Saturday afternoons but it is busy cause kids love it. Reasonable prices for similar venues. Great place for elementary to middle school kids to burn off energy and have fun. Take your kids here if you want a quiet night at home!
