I had 2 very important computer issues that Lakes Computer Services helped me resolve. 1) One of my office computers had crashed and 2) I had an external drive that crashed. They were able to diagnose and fix my office computer and get it back to me in less than 24 hours keeping my downtime at the office to an absolute minimum. (They would have come onsite if I really needed them too). My external drive had all of the powerpoint presentations I've written over the past 20 years and I was freaking out that all of my hard work was lost. This took a couple of extra days but they were finally able to recover my my files and get them onto another drive. I was MORE THAN relieved!!!
