Response to power sports reply is exactly why we won’t do business again. No communication as to cost prior to continuing work ever, period. we filled the tank up with new gas on the way to service so it was full tank of brand new gas, obviously I know the jet ski is 24 years old it’s my jet ski, it’s not about that it’s about a lack of honest communication and refusing to acknowledge the lack of it, then dishonesty in replying and trying to put the fault back on the customer when the guy working with me didn’t have a customer service bone in his body.

Called and spoke to Brandon about and ATV that was listed on their site. He needed owner approval, so he would call me later. Next day - no call, so I followed up myself. He had not spoken to Doug - apparently he put a note on Doug's desk (why he couldn't call him I have no idea). Told him I wanted to pick up the next day - he said I would get a call back that afternoon. No call. Almost a week later, and still I have not received a call. I have never had to hound someone to buy something from them?? I am happy to report I purchased an ATV from a different dealer.

Only place to have our part asked them to set it aside since we were on our way to get it and when we got there we weren’t even greeted and waited for someone to even acknowledge we were waiting. They told us they sold our part 20 minutes ago before we walked in. Very upset about that due to we are on vacation and my snowmobile was torn apart in a shop. Luckily they had another part then when asked what the torque was for my bolts they said we would have to pay for him telling us what the torque was cause it would involve his time to look it up. Worst service ever and will never buy anything from this place worst customer service!!!
