HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I cannot express in enough detail how amazing of an experience this was for my boyfriend and myself, but I will try my best. We have never been paddle boarding before but have always wanted to try it. Kelly was so kind and patient when we initially inquired about the rental process. When we decided to go ahead and take the plunge and just do it making the appointment was very simple. The website was user friendly and easy to navigate. We showed up for our appointment and she had everything ready to go. She made sure that our life jackets were on properly and did not skip a single step. Her instructions and demonstrations on how to actually use the paddle board were easy to follow and very thorough. She also made sure that we were comfortable with our paddle boards before leaving. Out on the lake we got to see SO much wildlife, it was nothing like being in a motorized boat that's for sure. I have never considered myself athletic by any means and am far from being in shape but thanks to the equipment she provided as well as amazing instructions and answering all of my questions I can say I mastered the paddle board in no time! It was for sure the highlight of our vacation! Thank you Kelly and Lakeshore Water Sports!!!
