Been living here for 10 months now, It's a family oriented community, office staff are awesome, beautiful environment. Had an issue with the A/C when I moved but it was resolved installing a brand new unit. Highly recommended.

I have no clue why the rents in this apartment are waaaaay too higher than any other apartments around. 1,1001,200sq 2bedroom unit is over 2,000 per month??? Is this a high-end, most luxurious apartment built in 2019? Nonsense...

This is a great place to live. Jesse and Juan always take care of my ac and heat problems there are quick about and done before I get home from work. Shanice and Rico and the rest of the team are also great they always say hi when I see them I just love living here and my friends and family like it too.

Lived at Lakeside for over 2years and never had an issue the, maintenance guys were awesome. When it was time to renew they jacked up the price well over 250 a month, but we were moving out anyway so that wasn't an issue. Once we moved out we cleaned the apartment and then was hit with 900 bill. I was charged for things that were listed on the move in form which they magically lost. I took pictures the day before I moved in and had those along with the time/date stamp and showed them to both Andrea Wright (manager), and Loretta Leonhardt (assistant manager) who gave me the run around for 2 months saying they weren't able to upload the pics and whatever else excuse they had. They ended up telling me there was nothing they could do that I needed to contact central billing which I did and they opened a case and then NEVER got back to me. Never have I had this kind of issue and level of unprofessionalism from an apartment complex. I will post this everywhere I can to warn people!!! I have uploaded before and after pics. I was charged for something that was there before I came and they didn't even fix the stove. My pictures show before I moved in March 2018 with the date stamp and the last picture is from a worker who took a picture of the stove I was charged for which wasn't fixed and was there before move in.

I posted the review below three years ago. I tried to add another one today, but can't quite figure that out. Google wants to take me back to the old review. So here is an updated Review: 8/17/2019: I have lived here for 11 years and wrote a positive review a few years back. Well, again, they are awesome. The seal around our front door was deteriorating and light and the dreaded summer heat was coming in. I wrote and asked if the frame could be re-sealed. Instead, they replaced the entire door frame and door. I love this place. THREE YEARS AGO: People are always so quick to write when they aren't happy, but never take the time to commend when it's deserving. I have lived in the community since 2008 (The Mansions, Regency and now Lakeside). I have never had any issues (aside from the lack of parking) until most recently. Mice and rats had invaded our air conditioning duct system and had apparently camped out there all winter (we don't run the heater in the winter). Once we turned on the a/c, the smell or rat/mice \poop\ was HORRIBLE. The Community Manager (Breeze) immediately had maintenance, air duct folks, a/c folks and an exterminator to our unit. This all happened during a time when my husband was home sick and we were w/o air conditioning (temps were near 80). Breeze had maintenance bring over a portable a/c unit. We were VERY impressed with her quick response to the entire situation. There are over 300 units in this complex and she made us feel like we were the only ones. VERY IMPRESSED.
