I've been waiting for my glass almost a month. A window is needing repair due to an inspection and appraisal of my home (no time to waste) I called it in a while ago and I the glass has been reordered twice already... The lady on the other line was completely unsympathetic and obviously didn't care that they were on the clock to perform. Needless to say my house cant close with this window being like this. I've given them ample time and have prepaid for the repairs... I called them hoping they would have top notch customer service.... Good luck! These people don't care about the needs of their customers. Update: I will be increasing my rating as the promised resolution progresses. The company did reach out to me after posting this review. I was promised an install on Thursday and supposedly are sending someone down to the valley to pick up the glass. Thanks to the owner! Update #2: Demers Glass has followed through on their promises as far as remediation of the previous situation. It is clear that the owner does care about the customers. If anybody ever has any issues I would recommend requesting the owner of the company. I understand mistakes happen in business. Update #3: I am really trying to work with Demers glass. I understand that mistakes happen. They did what they promised however out of 3 broken panes replaced just two and called it good... The quote i was given and paid for was for 3 panes and was told that 3 panes would be replaced. I come to inspect the work and find that only one side of the window was replaced and that they had not completed the entire job. ARE YOU KIDDING ME! HOW MANY TIMES DO YOU HAVE TO MESS UP!

I was referred to Demers by just about every auto glass company on the mountain. I needed a piece of glass replaced for my Polaris Rzr. From the super friendly phone call to the service in person it was awesome. They got the glass cut and installed way faster then I ever could have asked for. 5 stars Thank you so much! I'm sure I'll catch another rock chasing my friends again and will be back for another windshield soon lol!!!

Went to pick up windows, door sign stated 'Closed due to meeting. Will open again at 1:30p'....waiting outside at 1:30and see person inside walking around...wait ten more minutes as they also saw me outside the door waiting, and nothing...call them only to be told that since she is the only person there for the day , not going to open up till after 2pm!! You had customers outside (another patron other than myself), a sign on the door stating a specific time to re-open and you ignore them! If you were at lunch then state so and fix your sign!
