Dr. Pare is terrific! He's very knowledgeable, thorough, caring and easy to work with. He has a thoughtful, holistic approach to treatment. Dr. Pare spent a lot of time listening, asking clarifying questions about my injury, and then putting together a treatment plan, customized to my needs. He taught me strengthening techniques targeting areas of concern, and he was creative of how I could use materials that I already had at home to avoid spending money on equipment. Very thoughtful. Mastering these techniques and making them a part of my daily life has helped me take control of my health in the long run. It's a very empowering method of treatment, and one I would highly recommend. Every member of the team was responsive and easy to work with. There was consistency in the high quality of care that I received. If this is important to you, then look no further. I highly recommend Lakeside Spine & Wellness.

I came to Dr. Pare after already having an awful experience with another chiropractor. I was wary, to say the least. But the team really did a lovely job to create a personalized treatment plan and subsequent payment plan. Not only did I appreciate the clinic in a professional sense; I also enjoyed personally chatting and getting to know Dr. Pare and his staff during the months I've been going there. 11/10 stars, would recommend (and have recommended).
Mid 30s and came in for back and neck issues mostly due to working in an office with poor posture. Dr. Pare solved all my issues in about 4 visits and focuses on self maintenance techniques that allow the work being done to have staying power so you don’t need continue coming in. I also have had about 5 massages there and all had me leave the office feeling like brand new. They also have a system for appointment reminders by text and email so it’s easy to not miss a session or if you made an error/forgot the time to confirm without having to call in. Highly recommend this group and the staff who coordinates the appointments are absolutely wonderful.
I am giving 5 stars for the entire experience. Dr. Pare takes the time to not only treat an individual, but spends time educating his patients and truly listens to one’s concerns. I am grateful for him, Ken (massage therapist), and Brenda. I came in with very sharp lower back pain, and have been improving since seeking help from him. Prior to finding Lakeside, my first experience with chiropractic care was through a corporate ran facility. I spent a lot of money and time with very little relief at the end. I have found with less time and less money spent I have received much better results here, with a much better experience. If you seek relief in an appropriate amount of time with one-on-one doctor patient care, I highly recommend you come to this practice. I feel like an individual here, not a number. I feel I am on a team with Dr. Pare to achieve my health goals. He assessed my issues and formulated a concise treatment plan to have me feeling better. I can say with confidence I am feeling so much better in my daily life tasks and work. As a health care provider myself, I am impressed with their clinic operation, attention to detail, and treatment. They have exceeded my expectations. (Although, I have not been treated by Dr. Kiper, my husband had wonderful results with his care as well.) Thank you Lakeside for creating a comfortable, fun, and professional setting for your patients!
I was always skeptical about chiropractors, but Dr. Pare and his team really helped me feel so much better. Using holistic, practical approaches as well as educating me on practices that I can implement to make sure I don't have to keep coming back was great. Thank you!!
