I’ve loved staying here. Move in was super easy and the apartment was clean. Such a quiet neighborhood and there’s always stuff to do. They love giving back to their residents and having lots of contests!

Lakeview community is one of the few places where you feel “like home”. The young office team are very friendly and helpful as well as the maintenance team. For me it is a beautiful place, with its lake, where you can fish or go to relax. It is also perfect with all the amenities it has, especially for young people. The only thing I can complain about is the noise, but I understand that it is a more youthful place, but in general is a great place.

I have lived here for 3 years. Pros: This place is great. The staff are always happy to help. This is a more of a community than just an apartment complex. All the neighbors, even in different buildings, are really nice and don’t have a problem speaking. The managers are very active in the community. Once you sign, they NEVER treat you any different than the first day meeting them. My favorite amenities are the club house, and the study rooms. The lake here is very peaceful, I go to it every time school gets stressful. The gate ALWAYS work. They do not play about their gated community. Maintenance is really fast on work orders and if they’re taking a while, they’ll let you know why. One time they were taking some time, I went to the office and they walked over there AS I WAS LEAVING, to fix the problem. Cons: Some of the furniture is old and needs to be replaced but it was never a big deal for me. They have this thing called tier selling, which is the more apartments they sign away, the higher the rent gets. I didn’t like that because this year, during a pandemic, the rent has gotten excessively high, but at the same time, you are getting MOST of what you paid for. Another reason is because I lived here for 3 years and each year they pressure you into re-signing before you even have a chance to settle into your new lease. And it’s every year. Their pool isn’t cleaned all the time like it should be. Get what you pay for- 9/10 Community- 10/10 Managers and staff- 10/10 Cleanliness- 9/10 Furniture- 7/10 Amenities- 9/10 This place is really involved into their community. Never felt like this was an apartment complex. 5/5 place, but the price gouge every year really takes away from this place.
