I've lived at Lakeview at the Bay for 5 years and love it here. My apartment is on the lake side which is beautiful. Management is friendly, responsive and helpful. The maintenance guys are the absolute best! It's a wonderful place!

All the other reviews on here are just people whining. We have lived here for five months now and have nothing but awesome things to say!! The Leasing office is great with maintenance requests, and following up to make sure they get fixed. They even cleaned my windows for me when a bird pooped on one of them!! There is an abundance of trees and landscaping throughout the complex, so when you look out your window, you feel like you’re in a forrest. Residents are generally respectful, and the grounds are very clean. I have seen multiple stray cats and rats, however that’s nothing exclusive to this complex, as most tempe complex’s have stray animals roaming around. I’d much rather be seeing these animals alive than dead. Rent is reasonably priced, and the location is very convenient. Overall, a great place to call home.

I’ve been here almost a year. I love it here. The only issues is I wish the kitchen had more cabinet space and the drawers itself are junk. The drawers always fall out and there’s always wood shavings on my appliances. (This may just be for the older units). There’s basically no “extra” parking on the property so forget inviting people over. Besides that they’ve always answered any maintenance issues right away and the property is beautiful. The office staff is awesome and nice and polite. Still giving a five star rating because I’ve always felt safe here!
