Was undecided about buying a Spa. Tracey Strausbaugh gave me her complete devotion in answering my questions and understanding my needs. There was no hard selling. She wanted to make sure I made the decision that was in my best interest. She was also great in my follow up questions. I highly recommend Apollo.

I would recommend Apollo Pools and Spas to anyone considering either a pool installation/service or considering adding a hot tub to their yards. I have used Apollo for multiple pool service needs and most recently bought my Marquis hot tub from them. The customer service was excellent even during a difficult time with Covid. Matt and the team were responsive professional and worked to make sure that we got the hot tub that was right for us. Thanks Matt and team for all the help and I will continue to come back for all my pool and hot tub needs.

When I contacted Tracy as a potential buyer she educated me over the phone and we settled on the caldera reunion spa they offer. The instructions and delivery went flawlessly and we are loving our spa! Whenever I have questions the staff at Apollo is always willing and there to help! As a business owner myself I understand the importance of great customer service. So far we’ve been very pleased with everything about this business and I feel we are in good hands.
