I went out to go to work and my car wouldn’t start. My husband was able to jump it so we knew it was a battery issue. Called Hometown auto and they had my car in within 15 minutes! They even had a loaner car available so I could get to work. I even made it on time to work because of their quick service. I will always use Hometown Auto!

I had them look at a used car I was considering purchasing. They were able to get me in the next day and gave honest feedback. They took time to speak with me on the phone about what they saw as well. To make it easier, they even provided a free loaner car. They were a bit expensive compared to other places, but maybe that helps cover the loaner car. It would also have been nice if they would give a report showing all the stuff they checked, etc. They did provide a quote to fix the things they found, but it would be nice to get a document showing the other things they inspected as well. Over-all, a little expensive, but good service.

Took my car here for the first time and it was such a good experience! Shop right now is contactless but I STILL felt like I got taken care of super well. I was able to drop off my car and have everything done to it and pick it up same day! Felt like they truly did care about the service they were doing for me vs. just another car in their shop. Great first impression and experience!
