We had three dogs for Christmas, with lots of nose prints, drool and paw marks on the 3 sliding glass doors out to the pool. Dogs had a great time, but those glass doors plus 3 other outside windows needed help big time! They gave me a special price and worked carefully to get off every spot. But the afternoon sun had baked on some spots, so they came back the next morning to finish the job for the same price. They were really wonderfully conscientious! So glad to have crystal clear windows to enjoy the beautiful snow storm! I will always use them.

To begin, Braden, the owner of Shine, is one of the most pleasant and professional people I've ever done business with. Shine just installed my Christmas lighting. From the excellent online request tools, to the estimate process, to scheduling and the installation itself, everything was perfect. The two gentlemen that worked for nearly 4 hours at my home were polite, diligent and did an amazing job. Shine has actually restored my faith in the possibility that a company can actually care about their customers. Hire Shine! You will not find a better option.
Chris at Shine of Lakeway did an excellent job with both inside/outside of windows and my screens. He was prompt, courteous, efficient and thorough. I was delighted. He even needed to move a sofa away from one window ----he kindly moved it out more than needed so I could vacuum.
I've used Shine for window cleaning for some time now. Their service is always professionally done, on time, and efficient. On one occasion we had a couple of windows that needed additional attention. We alerted Shine and they were out that same day to fully remedy the problem to our satisfaction. This is a great service performed by conscientious professionals. We will be customers for years to come!
