Rich has been amazing with everything that is needed. His customer service is top notch and he always takes care of me. He is extremely informative and knows the business well. Anytime I have any questions or concerns, he answers them in a timely manner. You can tell he is very dedicated to his job and cares about his customers. Auto-Chlor is great, but Rich makes it the best!

I always used auto-Chloe in my kitchens simply because they are the best. Service amazing. The dishes, glassware and silverware always come out clean. The Red Hot has been with Auto Chlor for almost a year now and my only regret is we didn’t get them in sooner! Great piece of mind knowing that our dishwasher is in tip top shape! If there is a problem, or we run out of product, they will come take care of it even after 5pm or on the weekends! Highly recommended!
