This store is a good place to meet hair needs. It's clean well lit and I've always had great employee interactions. They have a loyalty program, and hairdresser discount senior discount and fun extras. Earings Lashes makeup not too expensive so if I'm looking to try something new it doesn't kill my pocket. This store is my FIRST choice in Lakewood/ Tacoma

Stopped by to get help picking out a wig. The man there said to look around and let him know what I wanted. And, by the way, you can't try on the wigs. Poor customer service. I walked out.
The gentleman that works in the store was not very hospitable. In fact he was rude. I'm hoping he was just having a bad day. But then again, he has been like that before. I've been there many times,spent over 100, but he was still rude, don't know if ill spend my money there again.
Great customer service. The ownwer is very sweet and they have a ton of variety to choose from that are affordable.
Very large variety the owner is a sweetheart really enjoyed our stay also offered free mask for the covid-19 thank you once again
