INNER KAREN TIME: The Receptionists here are rude and condescending towards new guests attempting to find out information. And before i get a response semi-apologizing for my inconvenience, the staff responsible for the training of their receptionists need to be re-evaluated for the sub-par behavior and lack of professionalism. Suggestion: Learn some HOSPITAL-ity Hospitality: the friendly and generous reception and entertainment of guests, visitors, or strangers.

Every time I call to make an appointment I’m waiting for 20 minutes minimum. Then when the phone is picked up I’m ask to wait for a few more minutes. The Majority of the time I make my calls at 8:30. They must be really busy during the time. The receptions are friendly. I just wish it was faster answer time. Sometimes I call during lunch breaks and spend my whole lunch waiting to get assisted.

I like my provider, but the clinic can be be difficult to deal with. Last week I called to try and get an appointment, and the phone rang and rang going nowhere. Today I tried again and pressed one again for an appointment. I was on hold for a good 10 minutes before a recording said that the clinic was closed. What is that all about? It was 10:15 am. They definitely need a better Office Manager.

Was on the phone for 16 minutes on hold, to finally be talked to and then they told me I needed to come into the office to get what I need. & that to get records of my child’s visits it’s 15 for a request form & 15 for every record. That’s a bit rediculous if you ask me.

Be thankful that this place exists to serve the public. People most likely think this is a private entity that work for profit. It is a nonprofit just in case you missed it. Mind you that you have to wait a little longer for the service, but you shouldn't compare to a private entity where most do not take your insurance.
