This place deserves negative stars. If you want to hire this place as a call center, the owner is always raising the prices, never calls clients back, has a severe anger issues and lies to clients frequently. Do not work here, job may be easy and the agents are awesome people, but the owner and the manager are awful. It is a small private company so they do whatever illegal thing to the employees they want. The owner is a drunk who has verbally and physically abused, on top of harrassed several employees, there have been lawsuits against him. If you have to go to the hospital, the manager thinks he can violate law and require a medical note with the doctors full explanation of your medical condition. That same manager has stated he wishes he could discriminate against people with mental and physical health issuess from working there. They have fired people over age, personality and medical issues. If there is a problem with your hours on the paycheck they will say there was no problem, you've done the math wrong and actually owe them money. If you have a fever, can't talk much and even physically throw up at their feet, they question why you need to go home. If there are computer problems (which is all the time and I'm not computer illiterate), it is always the employee's fault. It is a very hostile work environment and management literally does whatever they want to anybody. People beware of this place.
