I gave it a two star only because the staff was friendly and provided good customer service during the times I spoke with them. Changed it to 1 star after Pedro edited my review to 5 stars. I ordered a sectional back in November. I was told it would arrive towards the end of January. Towards the end of January I called to check the status. I was then told it would be a couple weeks or the end of February. At this point, I'm frustrated but was willing to ride it out. I've worked retail and I understand some things are just out of your hands. I called back February 18th to check on the status. Now I'm being told towards the end of March. At this point, Im just disappointed. I felt like they should have been contacting me with these delays instead of me having to reach out to them both times. Make sure to look at the time frame you have to dispute any charges with your bank. That way if you start experiencing this issue, you're actually able to dispute and know the deadline. You don't want to pass the time frame and not be able to dispute it and wait six months for a couch. Probably would have had a better experience if they had what I wanted at their location upon ordering.

Has a real homey feel to the place. Kinda small, messy, and down to earth employees. We enjoyed looking at a catalog (old school) and the employee helped us get a good deal and beat other stores price. Would definitely consider going back for future needs.

I visited Foothills Family Furniture on a Sunday afternoon hoping they could order a chair I saw online. I didn't know if they would have the exact chair I was looking for but knew they carried the brand I wanted. They did not have it on the floor to view, but I was happy they not only could order it for me but will deliver and place it in the room I need!
