The integrity of this company fails miserably. I ordered a product in January with the guarantee that I would receive it in March. Michael Wilson called me a few times over the period of 10 months explaining to me how inspired he was to make the garment and how pleased I would be to receive and wear it. I very much needed to have it for my Holy Convocation in October and expressed that to him. I was then told that I wasn’t of a “certain level” and he struggled to make it for me. I am beyond annoyed, offended and feel a bit of discrimination due to it. I have filed a complaint with the BBB about this and would not recommend him at all. This was not the first occasion I have had wirh this company and their poor service.
