I feel the office does a good job . I feel they pay attention to detail. I feel they care about ur child.. I feel that the office can be redone . Sectarys is very nice.. I also feel that there is room for improvement.. I'm happy with care....

The receptionists at this location have been refusing me my medical records for months. They say they will call back in a few days & then never do! This time, I was told I would be charged 1.00 /per page to obtain the entity of my record! After over 25 culmulative years of family business, this is how you will be treated by the staff.
This is by far the WORST doctor office I've EVER been to in my life!!!! First off when you step into the office you feel like your stepping back into the 1970s. Like come on you can do a little bit of a update. Well then when you walk up to the counter your greeted by the hateful office women or should I say not so much as greeted to but spoken at! The treat you like you are seriously a unconscious to them. Then they tell you you can only pay cash or check at the time of visit which is never told to you when making the appointment! We had to run to the atm! I mean come on you can't get a credit card machine even! Well this is just the beginning! The doctor is the worst part. She is very unfriendly and I cant understand a thing she says She isn't good with kids at all and makes you hold them down like a dog the whole time. She doesn't try to sooth them or even talk to them AT ALL! She couldn't even say my child's name and made him feel absolutely terrified! I've had vets treat my dog better! The exam us a pathetic excuse of money I should have just gone to walmart and asked the pharmacy! When the exam is done she just walks out of the room without even saying your done. I literally had to go find her to ask if we were done and I can leave. My child now absolutely HATES the doctor and I have some serious damage control to do. Please save your child from the same situation! I have never left a bad review for anything in my life until now! I wish I would have read something like this before hand!
