My new place to shoot. Lanes went kept clean and the range master was very kind. Affordable and they have a veterans discount for the vets out there.

This is my go-to spot. Facilities are clean, most ammo is usually on hand and is a fair price. All of my interactions with RSOs on deck have been solid, even going as far as to give me constructive advice on technique (which I immensely appreciate), these interactions have been professional and make me want to come back. I'm only not giving 5 stars because I was really disappointed to see 2 of the RSOs on my last visit treat some of the new folks a little rough. Unnecessary rudeness and shortness was witnessed, and as a customer service representative myself, it was kinda sad to see - especially with one of the RSOs being an older gentleman. I expect it from someone younger, almost, but not someone who has been around the block enough to know when to be a teacher. This is not something that will detract me from coming back. 95% of my interactions here have been great, and, again, all the RSOs I've dealt with have been fantastic, but I do wish the coworkers of the individuals I witnessed today would supply some coaching. It just doesn't look good to regulars. The customers in question were not rude, just new, and granted - yes, did ask some silly questions - but did not deserve some of the treatment they received. That being said, these 2 were the only ones I've ever seen doing anything like that. I've otherwise had nothing but stellar interactions with all the range staff, and can personally say they're good people. I will for sure be back again!

Customer service is very bad they don't know how to talk to people especially persons of color. It feels like your almost begging them to spend your money here to shoot because they feel as though you should know everything off the bat, one should never feel as though their begging to get their questions heard because they don't have the same weapon knowledge as the “experts” at the range which is their job to explain things and teach other people. Would not recommend at all please go somewhere else that the staff know how to treat people with some decency.

Nice clean range. All the employees and range officers were easy going and helpful. Only thing I can suggest, is a ticket counter. Customers should be able to wait comfortably knowing their number is going to be called and there is no pressure to shove your way through to the counter. All in all, I would recommend the facility.

Great place! Great prices! Never had any issues, friendly, knowledgable staff. I've only been twice but my boyfriend goes regularly.
