I started with LSI as a fuel tech and have been given the opportunity to grow with the company. I’m currently a regional manager and I get to work with our teams in locations around the US as well as working closely with the leadership team. Our employees are self-starters and well trained. We’re a family and we all look out for one another. Since we have crews in a variety of locations, our management team encourages every employee to let us know when they see we could be doing something better. Even as a fuel tech, I knew I could contact anyone in management if I had an issue or needed help.
