In general, repairs were very expensive and slow. Had to take the boat back due to incomplete work from the first time. Cost were ambiguous and not fully disclosed until work had already been completed and we received much conflicting information during our transactions. I am left assuming they either are very disorganized or just simply don't care. Only reason we went with Oneill's was because they could take the boat immediatley but then did not work on it for about 2 weeks. In the future I will wait a little longer upfront and have our services done elsewhere.

John is the tech who came out to fix our furnace in our travel trailer. He was very professional and was able to get the furnace going again right away. A very reasonable 75 call-out charge for mobile service, and 120 for one hour of labor. Highly recommend these fine folks.

Showed up after phone conversation (as scheduled) stating that my new Atwood furnace has a switch fault they have seen happen before. Upon investigation they \fixed\ they switch to better than new. Waiting for warranty part for back up. Travel, on site repair, 400 and we have heat. Then they left. They made this process easy. They also encouraged me to watch while they worked, learned a lot.

This company helped me out in a pinch at a very reasonable price point for work on a boat I was attempting to sell. They did both cosmetic and mechanical. The boat was just surveyed and passed with flying colors. Wouldn't hesitate to use again. All was timely and quality.
