Ciara is an amazing and talented artist. I had my eyeliner tattooed by her and she did an awesome job. She clearly knows her trade well and is very professional with a welcoming demeanor. Her shop is clean and decorated well. The procedure while long, was relatively pain free. I had minimal swelling that completely disappeared within the first 24 hours. Her pricing is fair, clear and competitive. I am glad I was recommended to her.
