This is an excellent and friendly place to shop! Customer service is amazing. Very Heimish. I once left my planner in the store, and they delivered it to my house (!) later that same day. They do speedy and efficient home deliveries! One time (and only one time!) they made a mistake with my order, and sent me the wrong item, by mistake. When I called, the person who answered the phone was very courteous and kind. He sent someone very quickly (literally within the hour!) to my house with the correct item, and he picked up the other one. Very efficient and professional. Also, they have an excellent selection and a very clean, organized store. This is definitely my favorite grocery store in the entire Lakewood.

I didn't use this grocery store. I was in the office next door. But it seems like a great idea that there is a store to accommodate the different eating habits of a segment of our population.
