Poor service, overcharged, lack of costumer service, and i would not only suggest you stay away from this company, but also will not do business with them ever again. Felt scammed, which is an awful feeling.

Disorganize, dishonest, terrible customer service. There weren't a lot of options for service or part years ago so I was forced to use them occasionally and most experienced were terrible. Now Utah has more options. Use other companies that understand customer service.

They are impossible to work with for repairs. I called them about having an ice cream machine fixed. I provided them with the needed details and they promised a call back. One week later no call back so I called them. They asked for more information and promised a call back. One week later no call so I called them. It went on like this for nearly a month. I called them a week and a half ago and they finally had a quote ready (I don't know why they didn't call me when the quote was ready). I requested they order the parts so we could get it fixed right away. I was told it would take about a week for the parts to arrive and they would call me to schedule the repair. As of today still no phone call, so I called them this morning. They told me they didn't order the parts because they didn't have a credit card on file. Not ordering the parts without a card on file is understandable, but taking a month to tell me that, and not asking for a card when I requested they order the parts, and never calling me back is all unacceptable. Especially when our revenue depends on the number of machines we have running. If you are fine waiting months for them to come fix something give them a call, they where always nice and pleasant on the phone. If you have any sense of urgency then call someone else.
