We took our sewing machine to them for repair , owner/supervisor said to Jerry , write down to be done today 1/10/20. Jerry said “ don’t count on it” Who is in charge here? Next day we called to check on , they could not find the order at first. Then told us it was not worked on , so we went in to pick up and cancel the service order. One hand doesn’t know what the other is doing. We took our machine to another repair shop who cares. Will not return to AAA.

Took our Dyson DC40 in there for repair in 2018. I had tried to fix it myself but the terrible “took it apart and parts went flying” scenario happened to me. I was glad to find a Dyson repair facility in the Lancaster area. I am a parts counter professional by trade, so I understand the process of looking up and ordering parts in and all that entails. Their communication skills leave a it to be desired. It took at least 4 weeks and two or three parts orders and at least one fired employee to get our vacuum fixed. The only reason they didn’t get 1 star is because they did fix it at least. Now, a year or so later and our Dyson is down again. I’m in a dilemma about trusting them again to get it going or to just get a new Shark

They do NOT know how to repair Brother Dream Machine. Didn't know what they were doing, had to go someplace else.
