Love the team at this store, well trained. However, twice I was questioned by staff at park city store on the size of something I was buying, with out any request, I was told “this probably is to small for you/ won’t fit you” ?? Stand down, you don’t talk to a customer or guest ever like that.

The store manager, Crystal, was EXTREMELY helpful in correcting an online order. Two pair of jeans were shipped to me with the security tags attached. She quickly turned an inconvenience into a happy customer with her understanding words and a very appropriate discount. Thank you for a job well done!
