They didn't force us to come into the shop so we could stay socially distant which was really nice of them, and were attentive and replaced our tires quickly considering how busy they were.

There staff and costumer service are amazing. There team understood what I needed and also understood my constraints and time crunch. They worked with me and gave me a realistic time frame and were VETERAN friendly! They were extremely professional and down to earth. I would recommend them to everyone I know! Thank you Larry, CJ, and everyone else who's name I didn't catch for making my experience there a great one! You guys are my heroes!
Very nice environment, very clean and orderly. The staff was friendly and helpful. They had the tire i needed which was a very difficult one to find but they had 2 on the shelf and saved my trip in my RV. I will be recommending this location to all my friends and family.
American Tire Depot was easy to find being a first time visitor. The service staff was great friendly and personable. I can’t say enough about the good service and care I received. Absolutely felt safe and comfortable with service staff. Larry & Jose where helpful in every way. I got a great set of 4 tires, alignment and oil change for my husbands van. I will definitely make this my new tire store. They took good care of me and played good music. Very appreciative of my treatment and service.
Larry and his staff went above and beyond for me to put on my new wheels. Everyone was very helpful. They worked past closing time to make sure I would be able to drive home with my new wheels and even drove around to get the exact parts I needed. Great customer service. They really care about the customers needs.
