I called and was told they had what I was looking for in stock. Only to find out they didn't! So I drove across town and wasted gas for nothing! But the gentleman that helped me was friendly and said it wasn't something they stock. In conclusion the person answering the phone needs to be knowledgeable or willing to help! Just doing anything to get someone in the door is a underhanded way to do business!
