Horrible service all around. Purchased a Winnebago travel trailer from them because they had the best selection. Ignoring the snazzy dressed fast talking dealer that looks like the guy you’d see at a bad used car dealership, I went through with the purchase. Part of the basics in trailer purchasing is the cleaning and walk through they do to show you were everything is and works. Not only did they not clean the trailer; meaning they had dirty foot prints in the floor and inside the shower but during the walk through the worker damaged the trailer awning while doing a demonstration. The rest of my experience has been an ongoing run around between trying to get an appointment at their service department and numerous excuses as to why they weren’t able to service the issues on the trailer at pick up. I’ve taken it in three times. Every time I bring the list of issues I need repaired and of 10 items they’ve taken care of none. They either don’t have the parts or did a patch up that later becomes undone again after keeping it for two weeks. The only thing this place had for them is selection and Winnebago is no longer doing business with them because of their performance or lack of. Good place to shop but do not do business there!

Great service and also a great price. Even now during the coronavirus pandemic they are doing everything possible to make customers feel safe. They also have a great selection of parts and accessories for RV's and trailers. They made sure to make customers feel happy and satisfied. Talk to Dustin the Service manager if you need anything. Would recommend to all my friends.
Arrived at 4:58 we were approched by an older gentleman who ran out of the office to inform us they were closed and they close at 5pm. (Took a screen shot to show the google listing time)We got back in our vehicle and drove away since he was pretty much kicking us out. I'm in the market to buy one, I wasn't going to waste his time, I guess they dont want my money, they lost a sale.
