Drove 20 mins to pick up a package that the 800 number requested be ready for pick up. Got there and found out the truck with my package on it hadn't even been touched yet. Instead of apologizing for the delay and trying to be helpful(you know....actual CUSTOMER SERVICE), I was told that I just needed to try again tomorrow or wait for delivery on Monday. Instead of employees trying to figure out ways to problem solve, they're more focused on shirking responsibility and telling you \there's nothing we can do\. Terrible. I repeat......TERRIBLE.

Denise is So friendly and helpful. I had to send papers to Austin and being my first time using Fedex, I of course grabbed the wrong envelope BUT Mrs Denise came to the rescue and made everything so easy. Thank you very much ma'am I hope Fedex appreciates you because now a days it's not common to see friendly customer service. I would definitively recommend this particular Shipping Center.

Humiliating experience. Waiting in line and social distanced as signage said. I got to counter and while talking to employee, my medical mask dropped below the tip of my nose, still covering my face! I was asked to pull it up and I did. Completely covered my nose. Then while talking it dropped again, employee said if I didn’t follow his instructions and keep mask up I would have to leave. It dropped because I was speaking, then when I pulled it back up he asked me to leave and use drop box instead. One of the most odd and completely unprofessional experiences I’ve ever seen. Avoid this location if at all possible. They say it’s their Corp policy and hide behind that but they really just don’t want to work. I’ll use UPS moving forward when at all possible.
