NiNi Way

This community has no activity for kids pay area neither health club, community center or swimming pool. Just pay and stay. Just raised the rent 50/month for no reason. This community is for senior people. Trash is overflowing all the time, dumpster is too small between every block, no good looking landscape either. Not enjoyable place to stay for long term. Cant wait to move out.

I love my apartment because it's very modern looking, I love the fireplace. Whoever did the floor plans did an incredible job, lots of privacy between the bedrooms and bathrooms. also very well-maintained inside and out. I'm going into my third year and never called maintenance for any repairs.
